After saying good bye to family member when your heading towards the airport don't forget to check your documents and don't put your documents inside bag because anytime you can ask about your documents so my request is to make sealed plastic bag and always carry on your hand. And mostly importantly exchange all your currency in dollar because it can carry on your purse or anywhere where you fell safe if you exchange into ringit than it will be bundle so its all your choice my suggestion is dollar. Always be one or two hour before you flight.
After checked everything and your inside tribhuvan international airport checked by security straight moved towards the airline coubter which you have booked they will ask you questions regarding why your going to Malaysia? Where will you stay in malaysia? And how much fund you have and how many days your going to stay there? Just tell them as it is. They might ask you to show your money and count Infront if them if they ask don't worry just take out from your purse and count Infront if them don't give them to count most case they will not ask you but in some case if they ask you just take out and count from your hand after that they will give you boarding pass and now time to cross the Nepal immigration there also they will ask the same question why are you going to Malaysia? How many days your going to stay? How much money you have carried and where are you staying?
Just give them answer as it is and they will chop on your passport after that your process from Nepal heading towards Malaysia done. They just wait for your flight and get chilled for 4 hours 55 Min inside the plane .
After the plane landed to KILA airport just follow towards the immigration and be online don't forget your in tourist visa so don't follow the line for workers visa other wise they will ask you go back to tourist visa line after your turn comes be ready to give them answer that you have give ready for two times while your departure from Nepal so just give them the answer and scan your eyes and thumb then moved on but sometimes when everything ok also they will send you to the office in that case don't get panic and follow what they say and go to the office and put passport on the basket and wait for your name called and when your turn comes get ready to give them same answer that you already 3 times said and this time they might ask you to show money too so get ready to show them and you will get passport choped showing your in and your days will start counting.
Importantly malaysian government rule is that you need to have 200 RM per day to spend so book your hotel according to your budget and how many days your going to stay inside Malaysia.
After you get choped from immigration department of Malaysia then you have to do process to get married inside malaysia.
First of all you need to go to Embassy of Nepal and get verified your single cirtificate and birth certificate for me to get verified single cirtificate it cost me.
RM 160 and birth certificate 50 ringit.
After completing there you will need to go putrajaya to get verified and it cost me RM 20 each and once you complete putrajaya than you will need to go to wisma putra again need to get verified but this time you dont need to pay single cent once you will get verified than your process done ready over there.
Once your done than now it's time to get permission from immigration department of Malaysia just to the immigration department and on counter ask you and your future wife want gets married than they will give you form to fill in and your both pictures having blue background and fill up the form and then summit and wait for your turn once they will call your name they will hand over you the permission to get married.
After you get the permission and all of your documents than it time to register your marriage.
Once you done than head on to JPN where you will register your marriage
Both applicants and their witnesses must bring along their ORIGINAL Identity
Both intending to marry in Malaysia must reside in the district of where they aim to marry for at least 7 days before making an application to National Registration Department (NRD).
2. Registration of marriage shall take place after 21 days but not later than 6 months of application. However, for an additional fee, an ‘express license’ can be issued, providing all the documentations are correct.
3. Applicants must be present at the NRD (Marriage & Divorce Division) when the application is made and during registration of marriage. Original and copies of your documents must be presented and submitted to obtain an approval.
4. When the application form is given to you, you would need to obtain a stamp from the
Commissioner of Oaths. If this is being done in the NRD Headquarters, Putrajaya; a
Commissioner of Oath’s office is located in the same building. This will incur a small fee.
5. Once lodged, you must arrange the time and date of the ceremony. If you are applying for an ‘express license’, you must obtain the approval from the Director of Registration of Marriage. This may require you to make another visit to the NRD prior to the date of ceremony. Cost of application:RM20.00 Declaration:RM10.00
Documents you need to present when making an application for marriage
1. Application form JPN KCO1 (to be obtained at the Registration Department)
2. MyKAD and 1 copy (Identity card for Malaysian Applicants)
3. Coloured passport size photograph of both applicants
4. Passport and 1 copy of the page with your personal details & arrival date into Malaysia for non citizens.
5. Original and 1 copy for of the both applicants’ birth certificates.
6. Single status search or Certificate of No Impediment (and 1 copy) verifying marital
status.
Cards/Passports.
· Both applicants MUST be decently and appropriately attired.
T-shirts-collared/non-collared/Jeans/Slippers/Shorts ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Witnesses must be trustworthy and aged 21 years and above.
Once you complete this you can choose date to get married and choose your date and dress well as traditional Malaysian dress and be there on time and your marriage process is complete
After don't forget to clicked your pictures because later you will need it in.
You only have 30 days time period with your wife can extend upto 60 days in total after that you need to go back for 6 month as cooling period and than only can come back. Don't think you only one person it's same for everyone need to follow and it's from government of Malaysia.
